Please read these terms before booking. By ticking the agreement box on the booking form, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Booking and payment

The four-session block costs £100, payable in full through the payment link on this page. Completing the booking form does not secure a place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email. Places are limited to six babies and their accompanying adults.

2. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before the first session, please contact Mafê as soon as possible. Refunds will be considered in line with your statutory cancellation rights and the circumstances of your cancellation.

Once the block has started, missed sessions are not normally refundable. If Mafê cancels a session, an alternative date or a refund for that session will be offered.

3. Scope of practice

Baby-Led Movement is an educational and developmental offer, not a clinical or therapeutic service. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Mafê works within her professional training as an Infant Developmental Movement Educator (IDME) and may signpost you to appropriate health or specialist services where needed.

4. Participation and responsibility

A parent or responsible adult must remain with and supervise their baby throughout the session. Parents are responsible for their baby's care, feeding and changing. Activities are invitations to explore, and you can adapt or opt out at any time.

Please share any relevant information about your baby's needs and let Mafê know if your baby is unwell before attending.

5. Photo and video consent

Photography and filming are optional and based on the choices you make in the separate consent section of the booking form. Your participation does not depend on giving consent.

Images will only be used for the purposes you have agreed to. Babies will not be identified by name. You can withdraw consent for future use by contacting Mafê, although material already printed, distributed or shared may not be retrievable.

Please do not photograph, film or share images of other participants without their permission.

6. Safeguarding and confidentiality

Mafê is committed to providing a respectful and safe environment. Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed between participants, and safeguarding concerns may need to be shared with appropriate services or authorities.

7. Health and safety

Sessions take place in a home setting in N15. The full address and arrival details will be shared after booking confirmation.

Please follow guidance on the use of the space and safe participation. Parents remain responsible for supervising their babies at all times. Let Mafê know immediately about any accident or safety concern.

8. Refreshments and allergies

Tea and cake will be provided for adults. Please disclose any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements for yourself or your baby on the booking form.

Although reasonable care will be taken, the home setting cannot be guaranteed to be allergen-free. Please bring any food or milk your baby needs.
